Greek yogurt does the heavy lifting in this recipe, providing plenty of protein to help keep you satisfied. It's also a great source of calcium, making it a smart choice for supporting your health after bariatric surgery.
Fresh strawberries and blueberries add natural sweetness, bright flavor, and a boost of vitamins and antioxidants. A splash of vanilla and a drizzle of maple syrup make every bite taste like a frozen treat without being overly sweet.
The best part? Once it's in the freezer, all that's left to do is break it into pieces and enjoy. Keep a batch on hand for an easy afternoon snack, a light dessert, or whenever you're craving something cold and refreshing.
