COOKING WITH CELEBRATE - Caroline's Tuna Stuffed Mini Peppers (VIDEO)

Ingredients
- 6 mini peppers
- 1 8-ounce can of tuna
- 1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- Cream cheese of your choosing
- Seasonings to taste
- Garnish (example: chives, diced pickle, chopped green onion)
Directions
- Wash mini peppers. Cut off tops, remove seeds, and cut peppers in half.
- Take a small knife with cream cheese and line the inside of each pepper.
- Mix 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mayonnaise with 8-ounce can of tuna and season to your liking. Top each cream cheese filled pepper with spoonful of tuna mixture.
