COOKING WITH CELEBRATE - Caroline's Tuna Stuffed Mini Peppers (VIDEO)

   Makes: 12 peppers Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 mini peppers
  • 1 8-ounce can of tuna
  • 1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • Cream cheese of your choosing
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Garnish (example: chives, diced pickle, chopped green onion)

Directions

  1. Wash mini peppers. Cut off tops, remove seeds, and cut peppers in half.
  2. Take a small knife with cream cheese and line the inside of each pepper.
