COOKING WITH CELEBRATE - Maria's Air Fryer Egg Bites (VIDEO)

Ingredients

• 10 eggs
• 1 cup chicken sausage
• 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup Feta or cheese of your choosing
• Chives to taste (about 1 tbsp)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Chop half the onion and half the bell pepper and saute in a frying pan until soft.
2. In the same pan, cook the chicken sausage and break up into small pieces until cooked through.
3. In a bowl, whisk 10 eggs. Add the onions, peppers, chicken sausage, cheese, chives, and salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
4. Using a ladle or measuring cup, add mixture to muffin tin.
5. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.
6. Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes. Check the consistency and cook for another 5-10 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
7. Serve and enjoy!
