COOKING WITH CELEBRATE - Maria's Air Fryer Egg Bites (VIDEO)
Makes: 10 egg bites | Prep Time: 20 minutes | Cook Time: 15-20 minutes |
Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup chicken sausage
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Feta or cheese of your choosing
- Chives to taste (about 1 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Chop half the onion and half the bell pepper and saute in a frying pan until soft.
- In the same pan, cook the chicken sausage and break up into small pieces until cooked through.
- In a bowl, whisk 10 eggs. Add the onions, peppers, chicken sausage, cheese, chives, and salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Using a ladle or measuring cup, add mixture to muffin tin.
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes. Check the consistency and cook for another 5-10 minutes, being careful not to overcook.
- Serve and enjoy!
