Short on time and need a great snack to take with you on the go? These Salted Caramel Bliss Balls are the perfect snack time treat! With only a few ingredients these are easy to make and most importantly, taste great! A drizzle of melted dark chocolate over the top adds the finishing touch!

Prep time: 15 minutes
Makes: 25 balls

Ingredients:

• 1 cup pitted medjool dates
• 1 cup rolled oats
• ½ cup Almonds, whole or sliced
• 1/4 cup unsweetened flake coconut
• ½ tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Soak dates in 1 cup warm water for 30 minutes, drain and pat dry.
2. Add almonds to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until it forms a rough meal. Add oats, salt, and vanilla – pulse until oats are chopped finely.
3. Add dates into a food processor, pulse until dates are well chopped and the mixture forms a  crumbly dough.
4. Using a kitchen scoop or ½ tbsp measure – scoop into balls. Roll to compress. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Store in the fridge – they will last up to 2 weeks!
