If you’re looking for your coffee shop favorite but with a lot less calories, and a lot more protein – Look no further than our new favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte Shake! 

Makes 1 serving 

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Iced Decaf Rebuild
  • ½ cup chilled decaf coffee 
  • ½ cup milk of choice 
  • 2 tbsp canned pumpkin puree (*Not pumpkin pie filling!) 
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice 
  • ½ cup ice 

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender, blend on high until well combined!
