COOKING WITH CELEBRATE - Pumpkin Pie Dip
Makes: 12 servings | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 0 minutes |
Ingredients
15 oz can pumpkin puree
6 oz non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
8 oz sugar-free whip topping
Sliced apples, for dipping
Directions
- Mix pumpkin with greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract and spices.
- Fold in sugar-free whip topping and chill in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
- Serve and enjoy with cut up apples!
