Ingredients
1 Celebrate CLR in Mixed Berry
Seltzer water of your choice
1 scoop of Celebrate Vitamins High Protein Meal Replacement Vanilla Bean
4 oz of reduced-fat milk
1/2 cup of fresh berries
Directions
- Make your protein shake and set aside.
- Muddle berries in the bottom of the glass
- Add Ice to glass
- Add 1:1 parts of Celebrate CLR and seltzer water halfway up the glass
- Top glasses with protein shake
- Garnish and enjoy!
