COOKING WITH CELEBRATE - Frosted Berry Dirty Soda

Ingredients

• 1 Celebrate CLR in Mixed Berry

• Seltzer water of your choice

• 1 scoop of Celebrate Vitamins High Protein Meal Replacement Vanilla Bean

• 4 oz of reduced-fat milk

• 1/2 cup of fresh berries

Directions

1. Make your protein shake and set aside.
2. Muddle berries in the bottom of the glass
3. Add Ice to glass
4. Add 1:1 parts of Celebrate CLR and seltzer water halfway up the glass
5. Top glasses with protein shake
6. Garnish and enjoy!
