Our Green Goblin Dip is packed with nutrients, fiber, and protein, making it the perfect appetizer for any Halloween party! If you’re looking for a fun and easy way to incorporate vegetables into your diet, this is a great option that everyone will love.

Our Green Goblin Dip includes white beans as a great resource of protein and fiber with vitamins like magnesium, potassium, and iron. Nutritional yeast for vitamins like B12 and antioxidants, and spinach to create a green base perfect for Halloween, that's also packed with essential antioxidants and vitamins A, C and K! Top it off with a drizzle of balsamic reduction and you have yourself a nutritious spooky appetizer or side dish!

COOKING WITH CELEBRATE - Green Goblin Dip
| Servings: 8 | Prep Time: 5 minutes |
Ingredients
- 2 cups white beans, rinsed
1 cup nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp onion powder
3 cups spinach
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp balsamic reduction or maple syrup
1/2 cup of water or milk for thinning (this also includes unsweetened dairy alternatives)
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor
Blend until smooth
Dip with your favorite vegetables (we like carrots and tomatoes)
