Frozen Granita is an Italian iced dessert that is made from fresh fruit and water, then frozen and flaked with a fork to form the perfect melt in your mouth ice crystals. By using our CLR protein water, you are sure to get your daily dose of protein in every delicious bite. With only 4 ingredients and minimal prep, this simple dish is easy to whip up and have on hand all year round for when you crave an icy treat!

Ingredients
- 1 Celebrate CLR Pink Lemonade Protein Water
- 2 cups watermelon, diced
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Directions
- In a small blender, blend protein water, fruit, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
- Transfer to a 9x13 inch glass or metal pan.
- Freeze for 1 hour. Remove from freezer and scrape with a fork to make smaller ice crystals. Return to freezer.
- Scrape ice every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours or until the mixture is completely frozen and fluffy.
- Serve in a fun glass and enjoy on a hot summer day!
