Ingredients
- 1- 0.3 oz pack Sugar Free Strawberry Jell-O
- 1 Celebrate CLR Mixed Berry Protein Water
- ½ cup boiling water
- 1 cup assorted berries
- Fat-free whipped cream to garnish
Directions
- Arrange fruit in 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
- Bring ½ cup water to a boil. Place Jell-O mix in a medium sized bowl.
- Add boiling water to Jell-O mix and stir for 1 minute.
- Stir in 12 oz Celebrate CLR Mixed Berry Protein Water and stir to combine.
- Pour Jell-O mixture over fruit. Place in the refrigerator and allow to set for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into squares and top with whipped cream if desired!
