Chocolate Nice Cream

Ingredients:

• 1 frozen banana, sliced
• 2 tbsp milk
• 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
• 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter

Directions

1. Using a small food processor or high-speed blender, add frozen bananas, milk, peanut butter, and protein powder. Blend on high until smooth and the consistency of soft-serve ice cream.
2. Scoop into a dessert dish or pour into a freezer-safe container for a firmer consistency. This recipe makes about 4 servings.
