This quick and easy breakfast checks all of the boxes – fast, high protein, low sugar, packed with fresh fruit, and most importantly: so yummy!
Ingredients:
- 1 container sugar-free vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3-4 sliced strawberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 1 fluffy vanilla crisp protein bar
Directions
- Chop protein bar into small pieces – should resemble granola
- n a small cup or bowl layer yogurt, berries, and protein bar making 2 layers
