Do you miss cheeseburgers? If so, this is the recipe for you! These small meatballs pack a big protein-punch with the flavors of bacon, cheese, and even your favorite toppings!
Serving Size: 2 meatballs and 1 tsp. of Everything Sauce

Ingredients (Meatballs):
- 1 lb. 90% lean ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- 1 small zucchini, grated
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 c. textured vegetable protein (optional)
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/3 c. real bacon bits
- ½ c. low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
Ingredients (Everything Sauce):
- ½ c. low-sugar ketchup
- ¼ c. yellow mustard
- ¼ c. low-fat mayo
- 2 tbsp. no-sugar added relish
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine turkey, egg, zucchini, onion, and textured vegetable protein. Mix well.
- Add spices, bacon bits, and half the cheddar cheese. Mix again.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon measure, scoop out heaping spoonfuls and shape into balls with your hands (mixture may be very soft) and place on lined cookie sheet.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes, or until done through. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Top with Everything Sauce or use it as a dipper.
