Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 teaspoons mayo
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 12 oz cooked salmon (or canned salmon, drained)
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Directions
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, red onion, dill, mayo, Dijon mustard, and Old Bay seasoning.
Gently fold in salmon and panko breadcrumbs until well combined.
Form mixture into 6 evenly sized patties.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Place patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and heated through.
Let cool slightly before serving.
