Your favorite Valentine’s dessert turned into a high-protein, lower-calorie dip! This dip is super easy to whip together and has added protein from the cottage cheese and greek yogurt. Choose your favorite low-calorie, high fiber dippers like strawberries, apples, or grapes to round out this snack!

2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup low-fat plain greek yogurt
1 - 1 oz package Sugar Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 - 8 oz container lite non-dairy whipped topping
