½ apple, chopped into small pieces
2 tbsp apple juice (may sub water)
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar-free maple syrup
1 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
1 packet Celebrate Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
1/3 cup milk of choice
Place the chopped apple into a small frying pan with juice, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the apples are softened.
