Our collagen is made up of type I and III hydrolyzed collagen peptides. Each shake contains 11 g of protein, 4 g of carbohydrates, and 60 calories. Adding collagen to a diet may help ease joint pain, reverse skin aging, build muscle, strengthen hair and nails, and improve digestive health.

Tasty alternative to bars and other powder mixes

I tried the Cocoa flavor of ReNew Collagen Peptides, and found it to be very tasty. It mixes easily, and doesn't have the odd, off flavor that other protein mixes have.

I am a little disappointed. The smell is awful!! I leave it in my shaker with the cover on. The first time I tried it, I dumped it in a glass and wasn't able to finish it due to the smell. The texture is fine so it is easy to quickly drink it down. It does have some after taste.

Hoping it works

I just received this and have only taken it for 3 days. The smell and after taste get to me. I have to drink it from a cup with a cover or I can't get it down. I may try adding it to my coffee. The consistency is good and not thick like a protein shake. I will continue to use it due to the positives outweighing the downsides. I would like to see an unflavored option so it could be added to shakes or other liquids.
