Other Ingredients: Hypromellose, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica and rice flour. Gluten-Free.
Take 2 capsules daily before bed or as directed by your healthcare professional
- Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate: Magnesium bisglycinate is the most absorbable form available. Magnesium aids in glucose metabolism. Magnesium plays a role in bone formation and affects parathyroid hormone and vitamin D levels. Low magnesium levels can also play a role in migraine and headache formation. Magnesium also works within the body to lower inflammatory markers.
- Melatonin: Poor sleep can deplete your energy and lower your productivity. Melatonin is a hormone that lets your body know when it is time to rest. If our bodies do not produce enough of this hormone, falling asleep at night may be challenging. AnneMarie Bisarek I have struggled with sleep, insomnia for years. I finally got off Ambien and only managed to get 3-4 hours of sleep with it but I can get good, restorative sleep with this product. Giving 4 stars because it is just on the edge of being too big for me to swallow. I would much prefer a gummy as I have a hard time swallowing capsules even though I am over 10 years post bypass surgery. I do feel that once I get to sleep, I sleep great and no hangover. I can only take 1 at a time. Taking 2 might make falling asleep easier
