I didn't know I had been feeling crappy until 2 weeks of consistently taking the complete vitamin with iron and calcium chews. The cherry flavored chews can leave a taste (reflux) if you lay down right after taking, but they taste perfectly fine. I just am focused on how good I feel. I've been wanting to go for a walk ever since I started taking these vitamins. Clearly I was deficient in something. Little tip, get a AM/PM pill organizer. Thank you celebrate.

Disappointed with the product. The site recommended it for my procedure. However it is not for the procedure I had at all. Had to order from another supplier after spending all that money.
