I just recently has VSG and this product is AMAZING! I love that it has options to take half the iron intake at a time because the full amount always upsets my stomach. All the flavors taste delicious also!
I really just wanted to try the multivitamin 45. So a little overwhelmed by all of the sample varieties that I probably won’t use. There were 2 M45’s in the kit, one of each flavor. Both were palatable, but just. If I choose this brand post-op I will cut them in half (or thirds) cause they are big, chalky and fill your teeth with packed powder that sticks. You have to drink a bunch of water to rinse out your mouth of the vitamin taste. Post-op I won’t have the capability of drinking that much fluid to fully get the vitamins down. I feel there is a high probability that the taste will trigger me to throw everything up in my early post op days…🫣

Overall it was great to get a sample pack - but it would be helpful to get more direction on how to use many of the items.
Sampler pack is ideal for those wanting to try supplements prior to purchase. Made selecting flavors, supplement types easier versus ordering something I wouldn’t like.
