Each serving of Protein Oatmeal delivers 15 g of protein and 100-110 calories. Protein Oatmeal is available in 3 flavors (Peaches & Cream, Maple Brown Sugar, and Apple Cinnamon).

Taste good Not the Texture of Oatmeal

Tasted great. Gave me the taste of an old fashioned instant oatmeal packet. Not much oat flake to it. Suggest starting with less fluid to give it more texture.

Protein oatmeal

I receive the apple protein oatmeal . The consistency was differnt then other oatmeal I’ve had . It’s a smoother consistency . It was good . I had won from celebrate , thank you again!

Very good!

Very surprisingly, the Peaches and Cream oatmeal was very good. Given the amount of protein per package, there was no aftertaste, and it was very filling. I found I wasn’t hungry until it was time for lunch. Packaging was very convenient for meals on the go. I’m looking forward to trying the other flavors!
