I ordered the chewy multi vitamin, iron & calcium chews for after my VSG on 5/19. I got the MV in the razzleberry, the iron in the black cherry & calcium in the cherry flavor as well. I have not been approved to take my calcium yet, however I have been taking the MV & Iron since the day after my surgery & I am very impressed! I got the chewy ones as I wasn't sure how I would be able to take a pill. I will be switching to the pill for an all in one, however the flavors of these were way tastier than I expected! The MV tastes just like a flinestone vitamin that I used to take as a kid. The iron honestly tastes just like candy. It reminds me of starbursts & is a little treat in the morning at 1.5 weeks post op for me. I would recommend for sure!

The taste was just okay, but it didn’t have all the vitamins and nutrients needed for post bariatric surgery patients. I’ll be returning to the multi 1 - 3 powder.
