Formulation:

Water-Miscible Vitamins A, D and E (WM): We utilize dry, water-miscible forms of vitamins A, D and E to further enhance absorption. This means that these nutrients do not need to be taken with fat to optimize absorption, unlike many fat-soluble vitamins included in other brands.
Chelated Minerals: Mineral-Chelation means "attaching to." By chelating our minerals to an amino acid (the building block of protein), we have increased the likelihood that these minerals will be absorbed in a low-acidic environment.
The only bariatric multivitamin with a 60-mg iron dose level appropriate for patients with a single anastomosis procedure.
This multivitamin contains the highest level of vitamin B12 in a bariatric vitamin using a 50/50 blend (Methylcobalamin and Cyanocobalamin).

it’s a great product, literally hard to take for two reasons

I wish they were formulated so that they were easier to chew. I worry that I’m going to break a tooth one day… otherwise, I’m confident they do the job.. the taste is pretty intense, It would help if there were other choices to maybe mix it up a little…

These give me what I need and keeps my iron levels good. The chewable have a intense tropical flavor but not bad. I chew it with a pretezel an= or cerecal and it cuts the intense part of the flavor. I have no choice so I need these.

Highly recommend for anyone who can't handle the tablets

It did have an aftertaste the first time, but after that they were super easy to take. I'm not big on taking pills, so chewables were the best route for me and I highly recommend to anyone who is in the same situation.
