Calcium tablets a great
These are working great for me. I am 2 months after surgery and have no trouble swallowing them. The chewables left a funny aftertaste, I was glad when I moved to a these tablets.

Definitely better than the chews. It taste better than the chews. Faster and easier to take compared to the chews. I switched to tablet form after 2 months of my post opp. However, the pill is thick and big so it might be difficult to swallow at first.

I had my gastric bypass 25 years ago. I wish I had known about back then. Since my surgery I have struggled with constipation on a regular basis. I was even told I had IBS. After the first two weeks on the calcium, I am no longer constipated! I have at least one bowel movement (usually three) every day. I’m no longer pushing and straining to go. Even my hemorrhoids are getting smaller!
