Chew one tablet daily or as directed as a dietary supplement

Jodie Pilkenton I have been taking these 30mg iron chewable since June 2018, I wouldn't have it any other way. They aren't soft chews, nothing like candy, and are chalky but I LOVE them! Grape is the preferred choice because I must have 30mg's but you don't taste anything that resembles medicine or vitamins at any time.
