Our Calcium PLUS 500 contains 500 mg of elemental calcium (as calcium citrate), as well as vitamin D3 and magnesium making it the most effective bone health formulation available in a bariatric supplement. Daily Dose:

Take 1 tablet daily or as directed as a dietary supplement. Allow at least 2 hours between calcium tablets. Allow as least 2 hours between calcium and iron supplements

Formulation:

Water-Miscible Vitamin D (WM): We utilize a dry, water-miscible form of vitamin D to further enhance absorption. This means that this nutrient does not need to be taken with fat to optimize absorption, unlike many fat-soluble vitamins included in other brands.
