Thiamin 12.5 mg 1,042% (as thiamin mononitrate), Riboflavin 12.5 mg 962%, Niacin (as niacinamide) 5 mg 31%, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg 118%, Folate 167 mcg DFE 42% (100 mcg folic acid), Vitamin B12 50 mcg 2,083% (as methylcobalamin & cyanocobalamin), Biotin 1,000 mcg 3,333%, Pantothenic acid 7.5 mg 150% (as D-calcium pantothenate), Choline (as choline bitartrate) 12.5 mg 2%, Iron (as ferrous fumarate)‡ 4 mg 22%, Zinc 7.5 mg 68% (as zinc bisglycinate chelate), Copper 0.5 mg 56% (as copper bisglycinate chelate), Sodium 25 mg 1%, L-Lysine HCI 275 mg *, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) 250 mg *, Horsetail extract 175 mg * (aerial parts) (7% silica) , Inositol 25 mg *, PABA (para-amino benzoic acid) 25 mg *, * Daily value not established.

Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening or as directed, as a dietary supplement

- It is important to look for a product manufactured in a GMP Certified facility. A GMP Certified facility is one that has proven to have good manufacturing practices.
