Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla ext
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 scoops ReNew Cocoa Collagen
- 4 scoops Chocolate Rebuild Protein Powder
- ½ cup AP flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- 2 tsp instant coffee powder (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Directions:
- In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix Collagen powder, Protein powder, flour, instant coffee powder and cocoa powder.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Add in nuts and chocolate chips if desired.
- Add chocolate chips and nuts as desired.
- Bake at 350 F for 18-20 minutes or until set, but slightly jiggly in middle. Allow to cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
- Cut into 12 even pieces.
