Ingredients:
4 eggs
½ cup sugar
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla ext
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
4 scoops ReNew Cocoa Collagen
4 scoops Chocolate Rebuild Protein Powder
½ cup AP flour
½ cup cocoa powder
¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
2 tsp instant coffee powder (optional)
¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix Collagen powder, Protein powder, flour, instant coffee powder and cocoa powder.
Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Add in nuts and chocolate chips if desired.
Add chocolate chips and nuts as desired.
Bake at 350 F for 18-20 minutes or until set, but slightly jiggly in middle. Allow to cool. Dust with powdered sugar.
