Celebrate Essential Multi 2 in 1 chewable is a unique multivitamin that also contains calcium citrate. This is the only bariatric combination chewable available for patients that does not cause a calcium and iron interference. This bariatric multivitamin meets the ASMBS standards of multivitamin and calcium supplementation after bariatric surgery. This integrated formula provides maximum bioavailability as we carefully selected each form of vitamin and mineral to enhance interaction and absorption. Our Essential Multi 2 in 1 is available in two chewable flavors (Orange-Pineapple and Mango).

Daily Dose:

Chew 1 tablet, 4 times daily (allowing 2 hours between tablets) or as directed by a healthcare professional, as a dietary supplement
Appropriate for: Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy or Gastric Bypass
(Also Appropriate for Adjustable Gastric Band and Intragastric Balloon)

Formulation:

Water-Miscible Vitamins A, D and E (WM): We utilize dry, water-miscible forms of vitamins A, D and E to further enhance absorption. This means that these nutrients do not need to be taken with fat to optimize absorption, unlike many fat-soluble vitamins included in other brands.
Chelated Minerals: Mineral-Chelation means "attaching to." By chelating our minerals to an amino acid (the building block of protein), we have increased the likelihood that these minerals will be absorbed in a low-acidic environment.

Our formula utilizes a 50/50 blend of methylcobalamin and cyanocobalamin to optimize absorption and prevent deficiencies.

I'm mostly happy with these vitamins but I do wish they came in grape or cherry flavor. I really like that it's a two in one product.
